We collect and process personal data exclusively for our own purposes, to fulfill the agreed subject matter of the contract. We do not pass on any data to third parties, except in fulfillment of contractual obligations and with the consent of the client, e.g. B. to banks and in fulfillment of legal obligations of the subject matter of the contract, such as data transmission to tax authorities, social security agencies. We treat your personal data as strictly confidential. Insofar as personal data is processed by a processor, e.g. B. Datev eG, it is obliged to offer sufficient guarantees that suitable technical and organizational measures are carried out in such a way that processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the DSGVO and the BDSG and the protection of the rights of the person concerned is guaranteed.

The data is processed to fulfill the concluded service contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures.
storage duration
Personal data will only be stored until the contractual purpose for which it was communicated to us has been fulfilled. Statutory or legal retention periods must be observed.

Upon request, we will provide you with information about the scope and origin of your stored data and the purpose of storage free of charge.
right to erasure
You have the right to request that we delete personal data concerning you immediately.
log data
When you visit our website, the device you use to access the site automatically transmits log data (connection data) to our provider’s server. Log data contains e.g. B. the IP address of the device with which you access the website or a service, the type of browser you use to access, the website you have previously visited, your system configuration and date and time information. Our provider only saves IP addresses if and to the extent that it is necessary to provide the services. In other cases, the IP addresses are deleted or made anonymous.
